The first thing I found out is that books are a lot longer and much more involved than songs or blogs or even paintings.
So I just wrote and wrote, and over time began to see certain themes that kept coming up time and again. There were title changes, drafts and more drafts, …
and then one day the book popped out of nowhere that had nothing to do with anything I’d been working so hard on.
And oddly enough soon thereafter, things just began to fall into place around me.
I discovered long ago that when I set my sights on something, it is going to come into fruition.
It may take time, it may take work and frustration, but it will be.
This is exactly what the book is about. “Solving the Puzzles of Life” is about the process of exactly what the title says; solving puzzles.
Everybody has puzzles that they would like to solve. This book explains the entire process, including why we have the puzzles in the first place.
You see, I’ve been doing this stuff for most of my life, but never knew quite how to articulate it. And truth be told, I often get so involved in my projects that it is easy for me to forget how absolutely incredible my life has been and is now.
My motives are true in that this book is intended simply to help a person solve the puzzles that they have, thus creating the life that they truly want to live.
And boy are we going to have a party!
The book will be available at the UMMAS (Unity Ministers of the Mid-Atlantic Region) conference that I attend every year, and then on October 4th, I will have the honor of speaking at Unity of Savannah, and then leading a workshop based on the book. (see details below)
I do hope you will honor me by attending that day and celebrating with me this big accomplishment.
