Making Changes part 2

– I have decided to do only good things for myself
– I deserve all the good things the world has to offer
– I will take only loving actions towards myself today

Changing on the inside requires the ability to be truthful with ourselves. There was a time when I looked at my life, and there was no doubt that I did not like myself. I had a whole lot of bad unhealthy habits(I still have a couple) and my life was nothing like I wanted it to be. It seemed that everything was wrong, and so I knew that everything was wrong on the inside.

In truthfulness, I stood up and took responsibility for my life. “I am the cause”. It takes great courage and humility to do this, as it is a lot easier to blame others, and the world, and circumstances, and remain the same. But when you’ve had enough, you’ve had enough, and I had had enough. Where to begin? There is no place like the mirror!

I meditate daily and prescribe meditation to everyone, and I also prescribe “mirror work”. Go to a mirror and look yourself in the eyes, and use these affirmations:
– I have decided to do only good things for myself
– I deserve all the good things the world has to offer
– I will take only loving actions towards myself today
and the biggie
– I LOVE YOU/ I LOVE MYSELF

If you find yourself having a talk with yourself in the mirror, this is good, and probably long overdue. The most well known healers in the world swear by mirror work, and so do I.

Stay tuned for part 3, the final blog in this series.
