The Universe is so precise, that it is just so easy to miss. I have the vision though, and can see it and how it works everywhere all the time, in every thing and every person. I know that sometimes there are surprises that come along. They can be really painful and frightening, or they can be like air, after you’ve been under water a lot longer than you ever thought you could make it.
I am very grateful to you for reading this. I know that somewhere out there, someone will read this and that someone is you! SPIRIT brings people together in many many different ways, and this is one of them. I am writing this and you are reading this, and there are reasons why. It is more than you think.
What I have to say to you is simply what I say to my self. It doesn’t really matter how things are going or how Spiritual or un-Spiritual you may feel, it is time to stop. Sit in meditation, relax, shift down into a lower gear so that your vision can be more clear. When we go too fast, everything becomes a blur. We all go too fast. No matter where you are along the path to enlightenment, there’s a lower gear, a more clear understanding. There is a deeper peace than we have and all we have to do is sit.
The more time I spend in meditation, the more things I get accomplished. It doesn’t make sense in my brain, but I assure you that this is true. Anyone who has practiced meditation for a while will tell you. Meditation leads to a much more productive life.
Why is this? How is this? It is because of the clarity that meditation brings to us. When we see more clearly, we can move much more efficiently. In meditation we gain so much self awareness, that we begin to see and let go of things and sometimes people who do not serve us and out intentions. In other words, we lose the things that have been holding us back. At the same time, we have gained meditation which can propel us forward. Soon there will be things and people in our lives who propel us forward. We leave behind a life that wasn’t working, and we gain a life that is working.
The most ironic thing is that I now do ten times the things I used to do, and I am not as stressed as I used to be. It turns out that trying to put a square peg into a round hole is very stressful. It is more stressful that putting ten round pegs into ten round holes.
